Omhandlende emner: Proces - Leverandører

Stem på idéen

Virksomheden tilknytter en gruppe af leverendører/konsulenter til løbende sparring. Præmisserne for dialogen i tænketanken er åbenhed og tillid, og omfatter ikke løsning af større konkrete opgaver. Formålet er at skabe et rum for diskussion og udvikling af ideer på tværs af kompetencer uden nødvendigvis at skulle købe en leverence og definere en opgave med faste mål. Fordelen for virksomheden er bl.a. at "huskonsulenter/leverendører" kender virksomhedens mål og visioner, så enhver ny dialog ikke skal starte med "Adam og Eva", og at virksomheden ikke bliver låst fast til et bestemt koncept eller en bestemt tilgang til et problemfelt, men kan mikse mere frit. Fordelen for leverendørene er bl.a. mulighed for et indgående markedskendskab, at eksisterende koncepter udfodres og beredskab i forhold til udbud af løsning af afledte, større opgaver (hvis det er tilladt at byde!).

ASntropologiske metoder, fokusgrupper og andre former for brugerinddragelse er supert, men jeg fatter ikke hvorfor ikke flere virksomheder ansætter - bogstaveligt talt - et bredt udsnit ( eller smalt - alt eftersom ) af den brugergruppe deres nye produkt / service er tiltænkt. Tre måneders projektansættelse af 10-15 menneske er en ubetydelig investering hvis virksomheden ønsker virkelig at forstå deres brugere.

Man kan også arbejde med advisory board tanken. Det kan være Kunder, leverandører, andre interessenter, der i en blog, debatterer virksomhedens innovation. Det kræver nok at der startes med et fysisk møde.
