Stem på idéen

at spise varieret er vejen til et godt liv og en god forretningsmodel for frokost.dk.
At kunne levere en ny enkelt stående frokostopælevelse til mange brugere hver dag synes umulig.

Det er en udfordring at levere enkelte kundespecifikke (slutbruger) løsninger - ud fra en logistisk cost-betragtning. Hvis det er et ønske at levere mange forskellige typer mad til samme adresse hver dag - er det kun muligt gennem leverandør samarbejde (kritisk masse af "nok" agurker til samme adresse") eller forbrugeren bliver påvirket til at ville have den allerede foreslåede (dagligt nye) frokost fra frokost.dk

Det sidste kræver at frokost.dk ikke blot bliver en leverandør af frokost men en markedsleder på varieret kost. Dette tror jeg i længden vil være mere cost effeicient end at sammenstykke supplu chain. til den sidste udfordring er dog løsningen at få leverandøren til at betale for diversiviteten.
