Stem på idéen

Innivation behandles - ligesom HR - ofte som noget hyggenygge-kagebage-noget. Noget vi gør for sjov, et par eftermiddage om året med delfiner på væggene i en sækkestol. Og så bliver resultatet ofte derefter.
Tager ledelsen innovation serisøt, tager medarbejderne det også. Og kunderne og leverandørerne.

Enhver virksomhed bør have en strategi for, hvordan den skal udvikles, mål og visioner samt mission. Det er fundamentet for innovation og udvikling af virksomheden. Strategier er brugbare, hvis de er et levende ledelsesværktøj, og inddrager medarbejderne, leverandører, kunder og brugere. Det skal ikke være en lukket strategi for ledelsen, som ikke kommer ud over rampen. Derfor bør alle virksomheder opfordres til at udarbejde strategier for deres virksomhed. Det vil også gøre det lettere at samarbejde med en virksomhed, hvis man kan se dens udviklingsplaner.

I mange virksomheder opfatter man innovation som næsten udelukkende knyttet til produkterne. Men produkt er kun en tangent på innovationsklaveret. Husk også service, distribution, forretningsmodel, organisation, ledelse, forsyningskæde.
Potentialet i at spille på de øvrige tangenter er ofte langt større og mindre risikofyldte end alene at fokusere på produktet.

Igår blev nævnt, at effekten af innovation stiger med 330% hvis virksomheden arbejder strategisk med innovation... Hvis virkeligheden nærmer sig bare halvdelen af det tal - så kan det godt betale sig!
Fx at sætte som standart, at alle medarbejdere skal bruge en halv time hver uge på at lave innovationsarbejde, enten at finde på idéer, holde møder ang. at realisere en idé, følge op på tidligere idéer mv.
