Stem på idéen

Det er i det mangfoldige møde, at innovationen opstår. Medarbejdere kan lære af kundernes ideer...og omvendt. Jo flere interessenter man kan aktivere i udviklingen af virksomheden/organisationen, jo bedre kan man kvalificere strategien og ideerne (ex via rating og kommentar faciliteter). Folk vil allerede i ide-fasen begynde at udvikle nye ideer og relationer vil opstå. Ejerskab og forankring af strategien, goodwill og branding vil også blive styrket. Strategifasen vil blive en innovationsmotor istedetfor et stykke papir. Ledelsen skal stå klar med prioritering og penge/ressourcer.
Kunne især være relevant for offentlige organisationer, der jo i princippet ejes af os alle glade skatteydere :-)
