Stem på idéen

Online social software (eksempelvis web 2.0 værktøjer) til kontinuerlig kommunikation med leverandører. Pointen er en langt højere komm.frekvens, dvs. bedre føling med din leverandør, samt et uformelt miljø som måske kan føre til et mere åbent/ærligt forhold.

Idéen forudsætter vel et stærkt tillidsforhold parterne imellem?

Mange kender til brugen af social software i forbindelse med privatlivet. Det er mit indtryk, at virksomheder og mange arbejdsgivere ikke bryder sig om, at nedbryde grænsen mellem medarbejdernes brug af disse nye værktøjer privat og deres brug internettet i arbejdsøjemed. Mange virksomheder finder, at det er en trussel mod virksomheden, hvis den bliver for åben. Ledelsen er ikke bekendt med mulighederne i de nye sociale software. Der burde være bedre informations- og kommunikationskampagner, som viser virksomhedslederne mulighederne og ikke blot truslerne ved de nye teknologier. Videnskabsministeriet støtter i dag et mobilt innovationscenter for virksomhedernes anvendelse af IKT. Jeg vil arbejde for, at dette innovationscenter videreudvikles og sætter fokus på virksomhedernes og medarbejdernes brug af social software.
