En implementeret værdiforståelse kan øge potentialeudnyttelsen og skabe grobund for nye alliancer - med en fokus på at løse samme samfundsopgave.

Kunne man fx. dramatisere værdigrundlaget ved at spille rollespil? Evt med professionelle skuespillere? Eller omsætte det til en moderne ballet?

Idéen er at udbrede kendskabet til "bundlinjen" i at implementere oplevelsesledelse på et strategisk niveau i den enkelte virksomhed, organisation/instans. Eksempelvis i en lang højere grad at inddrage sanseuniverset som en værdifremmer - for et bedre arbejdsmiljø, bedre læringsmiljø for børn og unge i folkeskolerne eller kortere indlæggelsesforløb på hospitalerne. Denne form for oplevelesesledelse er realiseret med succes flere steder i såvel den offentlige som private sektor. Nu mangler udbredelsen af en "blødere" ledelsesform, som kan skabe grundlaget for et hårdtslående resultat ift. produktivitet og effektivitet.
