God idé - det er overraskende hvor gerne brugere gerne vil rådgive andre brugere ud fra "jeg har fundet ud af det - skal jeg hjælpe dig, lille ven".

udbyttet for virksomheden er større indsigt i måden produktet bruges og anvendes. Med involvering af kunden opnår virksomheden optimalt set også større loyalitet og ansvarlighedsfølelse.

Man kunne evt. markedsføre idéen overfor kunderne således, at den enkelte bliver personlig branded... kan opnå ekspertstatus af en art i kundeforum mv.

Man kunne da sagtens forestille sig at fx. ti kunder fungerede som support og backup for hinanden. Alle ville få fordele deraf og det ville være gratis for virksomheden.
