Stem på idéen
I krisetider bliver beslutningsprocesserne oftest centraliseret og topstyret. Ledelsen strammer bl.a. grebet om prioriteringen af udviklingsprojekter. Men hvorfor ikke lade medarbejderne prioritere. Lad medarbejderne selv foreslå projekter, fx. projekter med den begrænsning at de skal kunne introduceres på markedet på mindre end 6 måneder. Det skærper kreativiteten. Lad derefter medarbejderne prioritere bl.a.dt forslagene. Den endelige beslutning træffes af ledelsen, der dog skal forpligte sig til at begrunde sine valg over for medarbejderne.
