Stem på idéen

Leverandørerne ved ofte bedre end I selv, hvordan deres produkter og ressourcer kunne være til nytte for jer. Giv dem mulighed for at komme frem med deres forslag direkte over nettet til jer. Ikke noget med at det er svært at få et møde med indkøbschefen eller med ledelsen: Bare kom frem med jeres bud på hvordan I kunne bidrage mere til vores konkurrencekraft. Og hvis leverandøren har ret, skal han selvfølgelig have en fair chance for at levere uden at blive presset ud i udbudsrunder i første omgang. Noget for noget.

Bestemt vigtigt. Ikke mindst i SMV´er, hvor spidskompetencen ikke nødvendigvis ligger indenfor områder som IT, Kommunikation eller Msrketing, kan man med fordel knytte kompetente leverandører tæt til sig, og lade dem være en integreret del af virksomhedens team.
