Ved udvikling af strategi på kort sigt beskriver ledelsen ofte forskellige strategiske scenarier, som så diskuteres med medarbejderne.
Ved formulering af den langsigtede strategi kan man med fordel give medarbejderne muligheder for selv at formulere en vision på max. 1 side for, hvor virksomheden skal befinde sig om f.eks. 10 år. Her vil medarbejderne ofte komme med utraditionelle idéer, som blir overset af ledelsen, der er optaget af dagligdagens problemer.

I stedet for blot at skrive en sides vision/scenario kunne man vel også skabe scenariet kollektivt via en intern Wiki. Det involverer flere, det skaber interaktion og det giver (tror jeg) et bedre resultat.
