Hver medarbejder får tilknyttet en "buddy" og i dette "buddy" forhold er formålet at inspirere, udvikle og hjælpe hinanden. Dette går begge veje. Medarbejdere opretter anonyme profiler hvor de beskriver hvilke områder de gerne vil inspireres på, hvilke områder de gerne vil blive klogere på og hvad de selv kan tilbyde. Systemet (eller en ekstern) sætter medarbejderne sammen i buddy teams.
