Tænk hvis dine leverandører udover at levere produkter til din virksomhed også var med til at sælge dine produkter? Jeg tror at der skal to ting til for at det lykkes:
1) dine leverandører skal have en stor indsigt i dine produkter
2) dine leverandører skal have et økonomisk incitament

Hvor det økonomiske incitament skal designes synes jeg afhænger af hvilken type produkt man sælger. Hos os deler vi bundlinien med vores leverandører, hvis de har været med til at sælge produktet. Det betyder at vi deler vores omkostningsstruktur med vores leverandører - andre har måske ikke lyst til det - så i det tilfælde kan man dele toplinie
