Stem på idéen

Kan man forestille sig at være ansat flere steder hvis ens kompetencer kan bruges af flere ?
Måske vil der være større arbejdsglæde samt fornyede udviklingsmuligheder for den samlede arbejdestyrke samt uforløste potentialer for virksomheder hvis medarbejdere var en mere dynamisk størrelse. Nye og hidtil uopdagede krydskoblinger kan opstå.

Som studerende og selvstændig og hyret som ekstern konsulent, samtidig med et studiejob skifter jeg ofte kasket! Det betyder at min viden bruges i mange sammenhænge og idéer og historier fra en kontekst let overføres til en anden, fordi jeg er et andet sted dagen efter.
Det er svært for mig at forestille mig et fast job hvor jeg sidder fysisk samme sted hver dag med de samme mennesker.. Jeg tror det er en win-win fremtid
