Her er en dristig ide: Inviter dine kunder til at fortælle åbent og ærligt om deres erfaringer med dine og konkurrenternes produkter. Hvad de kan lide og hvad de ikke synes om. Eksempler på god og dårlig service. Det vil være enormt lærerigt for din virksomhed og sandsynligvis også være god reklame idet de kunder I har, formentlig er kunder fordi de kan lide jer og jeres produkter. Når de en gang imellem nævner noget de er utilfredse med, er det en gylden mulighed for at vise at I tager kunderne alvorligt!
