Stem på idéen

Nogle får for meget - andre for lidt. Tag testen på nettet (evt. application), og diagnosticér dig selv. En slags Innovation Cup for dummies + løsningsforslag. Eller Slankedoktor for visionære sofakartofler.
Først finder man ud af, hvad éns problem er: for få idéer, dårlige ideer, manglende opfølgning, ledelsesmæssig opbakning, kundefokus etc. Herefter hvor man gerne vil hen (succes kriterier). Og så de 7 trin til succes = cases, rådgivning, netværksgrupper, uddannelse osv.

Der skal helst ikke udvikles noget fra bunden, men i stedet tages afsæt i at stort set, hvad man skal bruge findes i forvejen.

Meget forskning underbygger at virksomheder beliggende i erhvervsklynger har en bedre konkurrenceevne. Et nøgleord i den forstand er tillid. Her menes tillid både internt og eksternt mellem virksomheden og lokale aktører. I Danmark er vi gode til at opbygge tillid. Men vi kan blive endnu bedre. Lad os forske, udvikle, analysere, hvordan danske klyngeinitiativer kan bruge nye virtuelle redskaber til at skabe gensidighed, gennemsigtighed, indsigt, sammenhæng - og dermed tillid, online. Dvs. elektroniske communities, der understøtter det fysiske møde i klyngen. Dette kan samtidig være en vigtig "global pipeline" til virksomheder uden for klyngen. På den måde kan klyngen både styrke sig internt og opbygge tillid, samt vise flaget ift. omverdenen.

Når man har taget sådan en test, så får man et øjebliksbillede af 360 hvordan man innoverer - hvad ens styrker er, i en ninnovationsproces..
Hvis testen så tages på teambasis, så finder vi ud af hvem der har hvilke styrker i innovationsprocessen i teamet - så kan vi samarbejde ved at gøre det vi er bedst til.
Positiv psykolgi dokumenterer hvor vi arbejder bedst hvis vi bruger og udvikler vores styrker - og Alexander fortalte, at glade mennesker bedre innoverer!
