Der etableres en blog, og et videndelingssystem, der gør det muligt for beskæftigede at kommunikere med ledige gennem de sociale medier. Nogen af de penge der idag bruges på offentlig ansatte allokeres til at facilitere systemet og belønne beskæftigede der skaffer job, gennem præmier m.v.

Et nøglespørgsmål er hvordan man får folk i job til at anbefale arbejdsløse? Hvordan skaber man incitament til at referere folk videre, som man ikke kender

Godt spørgsmål. jeg tror at det kommer mere og mere op i tiden at hjælpe andre. Det er dog ikke nødvendigt at anbefale andre. Det må stadig være den ansættende virksomhed, der ser på CV m.v.
