Stem på idéen
Offentlige høringer er lovkrav indenfor mange områder. Desværre oplever mange offentlige myndigheder, at det er de samme brokkehoveder, der møder op hver gang, mens dem man i virkeligheden gerne ville have i tale ikke møder op.
Denne idé går på at benytte brugerdreven innovation til at supplere den fysiske høring, hvorved mange flere mennesker ville kunne bidrage til processen.

Ud fra et konkret produkt. Sæt en intern konkurrence igang for at forbedre produktet og dermed øge salget. Det er væsentligt at vinderne bliver synliggjort og belønnet i processen.

Hvordan gør man borgerne intereserede? Jeg tror det er meget vigtigt at de føler sig hørt. Hvordan sikrer man det?

Man kunne forestille sig mange former for borger tema møder.
Med lidt fiffig IT understøttelse kunne man f.eks drøfte anvendelse af det kommunale budghet ved at give borgerne mulighed for at sammensætte en menu af ydelser indenfor rammen af de forskellige forslag der er er til drøftelse i kommunalbestyrelsen - så hver borger kan simulere sin optimale version af de forslag der er på bordet - og på den måde også forholæe sig til at der er ressourcebegrænsninger.
Borgerne leverer mange timers dedikeret frivilligt arbejde i foreninger og organisationer. Bryd det som skal i høring ned i mindre bidder, som er vedkommende for borgerne i de sammenhænge, hvor de er aktive i forvejen, og inddrag dem der. En måde at gøre offentlige høringer vedkommende og anerkende borgernes store engagement.
