Understanding User-Driven Innovation

The paper was geared toward a policymaking audience and is meant to serve only as a briefing on the topic, and therefore does not provide the level of depth, analysis or academic rigor that would be expected from a research document. Much more time would need to be devoted to un- derstanding and presenting a “proper” overview of the topic. The basis for the paper comes from various interviews, overviews of literature, case reviews and other bench-learning activities.
