Stem på idéen

Når virksomheder gennemfører optimeringsprojekter, benytter de ofte en top-down tilgang til forandringsledelse, hvorved man gradvis involverer interessenter og medarbejdere.
Denne form for forandringsledelse er meget tidskrævende, og slår ofte fejl pga manglende opbakning fra ledelsen, ikke realiseret business case etc.
Nærværende idé går ud på at erstatte denne top-down tilgang med en bottom-up tilgang, hvorved interessenter og medarbejdere selv definerer optimeringsprojektets indhold, selv byder ind på roller i projektorganisationen og aktivt deltager i problemløsning i forbindelse med implementeringen.
